2. Educator Effectiveness
We were told by DPI concerning Teachscape and the evaluation process. Nobody is sure how long Teachscape will be here for our evaluation process. We will be using Google Folders to store your information, complete walk-throughs, and announced evaluations. The Google Folders have been completed for you. We will review the documents for discussion.

- Final Score will be placed in Teachscape
- Completed by June 30th
The data process hasn't changed with a SLO and PPG. You may have a department or individual SLO but will need a SLO each year. You will be in a non-evaluator or evaluator year. In the 3-year process, we will need to complete 1 announced evaluation and 5-walkthroughs.
Pre-meeting and evaluation will be sent to you by next week for evaluation year. Post meeting will be set-up after the evaluation is completed.
What do you feel is a good timeline to have your SLO and PPG completed?
Mid-year Review- Evaluator Year will be completed on Monday, January 18th unless you're using a block course as part of your evaluation for your SLO.

Advance Placement Meeting
Room 218 @ 9:30
- Karen Sjoberg will be announced as AP Coordinator
- Due to my children taking AP Test
- Will help except for any AP Test handling.
- AP Teacher's can proctor other AP Exams
- Will use St. John's and City Hall again for testing.
- Ordering of Essays for 2016
- AP World History and Calculus AB and BC review done for next year
