1. After Hours
• The students can receive partial credit for students completing work in "After Hours".
2. Educator Effectiveness
• Administrators will be completing the 30 hours of video requirement in October.  There is a 2-hour test for administration before we can start the pilot group with teacher evaluations.
• Heather did discuss a "Reading Club" on Danielson.  Anything finalized?
3. Club Meetings
• Before School:  7:30
• After School:  3:45
• After Lunch
• What do we do with the other students not in clubs?
• Staff willing to help with substituting for staff during club meetings?
• If this is the path, what clubs will need to meet once a month?  FFA,

5. Mandatory Trainings:  Safe School Website
• You will need to follow Bridget Wright's e-mail on the training.  Once completed you must print a hard copy and send this completion certificate to Bridget Wright in the District office.

7. October P/T Conference
• We will go back to Wednesday night.  It was an error reported in our district calendar.

Staff Meeting 

Today's Meet/HSAC - Great Discussions - we will look to try to continue more of a discussion format in all of our meetings.  Thank you to all who contributed!  Google Calendar - Rschool for meetings.  

• School will end June 7th with students.  Thank you to all the staff that attended Wednesday nights meeting.  Your input was very valuable.  
• June 10th will be a teacher workday/check-out.  June 11th - 13th will be Professional Development.

All This Fabulous Testing LOL :) - Smarter Balance - Staff Meeting  - Today for proctors at 4:00pm.  

Testing reminder - April 16th 11th grade, April 17th 11th grade, April 18th 10th grade.  All computers will be used.(wireless too)  Testing will take place from 8:00am - 10:30am.  Test run on the 10th of April.

•  We will be looking to set-up the dates/times to move into Infinite Campus in 2013-14 school year.
•  Reasons for the change: RTI, Business Management Software, and required by the State of Wisconsin. 

 2. End of Term 3

3.  School Board Meeting

Summary:

• Shift in the administrative roles for 2013-14 school year.
• Board Policy 976 Student Travel " There will be no cost incurred by the District for such trips or tours beyond the of hiring qualified substitute teachers."  (International Club and 8th Grade Trips)
• Football Field:  "Naming of Paul Bebow Field"
• Middle School Math Program:  Math Connections for 2013-14 School Year
• March 27th, 2013 will be discussion of the future snow day policy.  The discussion of this years snow days.  The school board meeting will be televised.
• NAEP Report/WKCE Testing:  Reading and Math above the State Avg. (Great Work)

4.  SWC Math Contest

• Wednesday, March 13th, 2:30-5:00
• The contest will start at 2:45.
• E-mail will follow this morning on the moving of rooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, and staff helping with supervision of classroom for 8th and 9th hour.  Our math staff will be proctoring the exams.  Please take your time to read the e-mail.

5.  Movies in the Classrooms

• Remember our discussion of showing the full movie during multiple class period(s).  If the need, the movie showing will need to have permission from the administration.  Thanks to all the staff using the smart board for lecturing during planned PTO days.

Testing  Date Information:

•  Smarter Balance Testing: April 16th-18th
•  April 16th, 11th Grade 8:00-10:00 
•  April 17th, 11th Grade 8:00- 9:30 
•  April 18th, 10th Grade 8:00-10:30 
•  Use of the computer lab, 218, and room 103 will be used during the testing time.
• Students will be using computers and wireless computer labs to complete the Smarter Balance Testing. The computers or wireless computers will not be available during testing time.
• ACT Inspire Testing  
• Tuesday, April 23rd Juniors will be testing from 8:00-12:30 
• Freshman and sophomores will be testing the ACT Inspire.
• Staff will be proctoring testing for all three grade levels. 
• Testing schedule will be out by Friday, March 22nd
